All of the service people are professional. They communicate what and why certain services need to be done. It comes down to trust. Morries does not end every service session with a sales pitch of more unnecessary, costly, things things that need doing. I have found Morries to be trustworthy and honest with their recommendations. What they recommend is for the good of the vehicle That's a good feeling to end a service call on!
