I was having issues with my drivers side window. It was acting up for a while and last Thursday (while it was raining!) it really went off kilter. I called Eric right away, and in usual fashion, he was incredibly accommodating. I got my vehicle there, they fixed it, and I was able to pick it up that afternoon. Harry, Eric, and the entire crew are always so nice. They are local guys and have a solid operation. There's a reason they've been around forever. They are honest, fair, and skilled professionals.
The next day Eric called me to let me know he had a battery for my key fob. Let me preface this by saying the dealer said I would need new fobs, and that they needed to be programmed. I think they had quoted me a price of about $200. Eric had suggested that we try a new $5 battery first. Low and behold it worked!!! That experience alone should convince you.....Gochees Garage rules!!!
