"Fast and friendly service "
I had my car towed there for a new battery. They also completed an oil change while my car was there. I was treated with respect and friendliness through the entire experience.

"Truth"
Being a female, I was worried about my outcome. Ok, all this kindness is going to lead to a big$$ bill. Not so here at Golden rule. I felt my biblical rule being displayed. "Do unto others as you would have others do unto you." is how I felt after this service. Kindness and honesty. My car fixed, smile on my face and no problems. Found my mechanics !!! Thanks GRA

"Friendly, courteous and quick response"
Elaine is very friendly and keeps you informed of all repairs and cost before work begins on your vehicle. She also gives you a tentative time that the work should be completed.
Work is always performed timely by the mechanics. I would highly recommend Golden Rule.

"Awesome"
Customer service is awesome. The technicians are wonderful and very experienced. They always explain in full detail if there is any issues with your vehicle even if its in there for a normal maintance. They take you out and show you whats wrong. If you arent there they send pictures of the issue if the issue is small or large. Great place for all your service needs.

"Golden Rule to our rescue!!"
We had our car towed to Golden Rule by AAA. It was 5:45 on a Friday. We needed our car for a Monday morning trip to Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, FL. These sweet people came in on Saturday and repaired our car. They are closed on Saturdays. I will never forget what these kind, caring people did for us. I would recommend Golden Rule for great customer service and skilled workers.

Larry said the staff were good. However, he waited longer than expected. His vehicle was smoking when he got home and oil was leaking. He had to drive 8 miles back to this business. The staff were nice and they took care of the problem. He will continue using them.
