Rude
Went in for 2 new tires. Waited 2 hours did not complain. When it was time to pay it was a different amount of what they stated over the phone. When I ask for explanation he got loud. Very unprofessional.

Mr. Williams is very knowledgeable of what he does. He is a very respectful man to his clients and he will not work on your car or truck without going over everything with you first..He is the only person that I will allow to work on my cars.. This was a maintenance issue with my brakes and rotors on the front of my vehicle. Got to the shop about 4 PM wait was good. They took very good care of the issue. Now I'm riding good Praise God.
