Great Work, but
I brought my car in for an oil change, and that went perfect, but I also brought to their attention that my window lock button didn’t work and my car locks with the keys in the ignition. When I received my car back, the window lock button still didn’t work, but in the paper work they say it works. As far and my car locking with the keys in the ignition I haven’t tested that theory but I’m sure it still does it. If I bring something to your attention, tell me you couldn’t find the problem or that you found it and couldn’t fix. Just honesty.

Service makes the difference
I really think that they try there best to satisfy there customers but I think there mechanics need more training and depend less on there code reader. And try and find not only the immediate problem but also what might be causing it in the first place

Surprised
I was very surprised when they called me saying they resolved the issue with communication regarding my warranties. Communication
Communication needs improvement. I was being bounced around to different people in service, finance, sales, and a third party company in regards to a warranty I have. However, when service was finally done using my warranty, it was excellent. They went above and beyond.

Detail shop is horrible
The detail shop is horrible. For an oil change and what was supposed to be a complete detail that ended up a mini detail they had my car from 0930 til I recieved a call at 1400 the car looked like crap. My 10 year old could have done a better job.
