Competent and proficient, but........
Competent and proficient local service providers for my daughter's two family cars. Her 1999 CRV was a major restoration they did well. The 2012 Corolla is routine upkeep so far.
Today, I was disappointed to learn my daughter was charged $70 to test her battery. A service provided free at any auto parts store for the asking. I don't fault Harold's; it was my error. Harold's is after all a business.
I am an old motor-head. I trust and appreciate the diligence, proficiency and enthusiasm at Harold's.
I will continue to use and recommend them for our car care.
