I have been taking my vehicles to Harrell's for years. I can honestly say, there has never been a disappointment in their services. If something was not to my satisfaction, they would correct the issue that same day. Melissa and her customer service is remarkable. She explains everything to the fullest with the upmost integrity, without trying to include repairs that are not needed as most individuals or mechanics do these days to make extra. I could not ask for a better auto service repair shop.

Robert said he liked the service and it was fast. He does have to take the vehicle back because the temperature gauge is not reading right. The thermostat may be stuck, because it's blowing hot air, and he spent $1,800 to get the air conditioning fixed.

Very disappointed with Harrells. I was lied to about needing 4 new tires for an inspection when I only needed one just to make a sale. They have lost my business and I will not recommend them to anyone.
