Our van had to be towed in, broken down in traffic, overheating due to loss of coolant. They diagnosed the problem and recommended repairs which I authorized. We had to return to traveling immediately as we were "just passing through". We've now completed our trip, an additional 350 miles since the repairs, no coolant loss, no overheating, no issues whatsoever. And repairs were done quickly, obviously without an appointment.
