Horrible customer service!! I brought my car in for complimentary maintenance, which consisted of an oil change and tire rotation. I made an appointment for 11:00. When I arrived I was told that it would take 45 minutes to an hour and a half. At 12:02 that car had not been taken back to I inquired into when it would be ready. I was told that they had fallen really behind and it would likely be around 2:45. I told her that I could not wait that long and needed my car and would reschedule. I called to reschedule and was told that I should not expect to ever wait less than 3 hours. She said that they are actually overbooked for this week, but are still taking appointments. Why would a business ever do that???? That could only lead to upset customers and miserable employees. She told me that if I don't like the long waits, I could go elsewhere.

Each and every time I have visited for simple routine maintenance, it has taken 3+ hours and that is with a scheduled appointment. The fact that they are overbooked, but still taking appointments says it all.
