Annette the service manager knows her job and does it very well!
Previously took car to another dealership in the area for a knocking in the engine.
Also had an additional service warrant from a 3rd party.
Ended up pulling car after talking to Annette at Hyundai of Bedford.
Ended up taking it there and had problem worked out between all parties in replacing the short block with all OEM parts and did it in a very reasonable time!!

Vehicle service
Everything went fantastic!! But when I got back in my car and back home there was grease and or oil on my steering wheel, and on the outside of my drivers door and a few other spots on the inside of the vehicle. Minor. I was able to clean it quickly without issues.
