"Routine oil change and tire rotation service"
Work was performed efficiently as promised. In addition, review of all open service bulletins on my model vehicle were searched and were performed under warranty at the same time. All service items were documented and presented at checkout. The waiting area during service was excellent, clean and well appointed.

All the staff are very friendly , service department they take their time to explain what was done with car and they will answer any other questions you may have. Even the sales guy who I bought the car from still remember you by name. They take they time to know you not just sell u a vehicle... AAA+++++

"Great servvice visit"
First time to visit this new Dealer. I needed to have a recall accomplished, and called to see if they could do it in 2 hours if I dropped off the car. Sure enough, I came back 2 hours later and it was waiting for me.

"The sales team are awesome the service was very slow"
The service for an oil change took over 2 hours and when we pulled up we were the only car there. After we drove off we noticed a light was still on we had to go back to get them to fix that also

"Very professional busines, a pleasure to visit."
The service was a repair of a tire that kept loosing air from the front driver side wheel.
This defective tire came on a used car that was purchased at this dealership.

Service engine light was on. Other dealer could not get us in for two weeks! Columbia worked us in on a Saturday and gave us a loner until the part came in. Great people.

"Too expensive!"
Tires and brakes quote was $2400.00 .
They claimed that the brakes were so high ( $600 for the front pads ,not including the rotors) because the brembo brake pads were so high. Well, I found them for around $50.00 .
