Buyer Beware
Found a 2016 Toyota Rav 4 online, liked the price so I reached out to online sales and set up an appt to test drive the car with a very nice sales person JARRET, an hour later I get a call from o e of the sales managers telling me there was an online pricing error. I said well that’s unfair and false advertising. He started in by asking me if I was perfect and had I ever made a mistake, I stayed it had nothing to do with my character but yet the dealerships reputation. He kept haggling me about me not ever making a mistake and that I should accept the 4000.00 price increase. I will not be talked down to by this man and stated I will negotiate the price and he came off maybe 400 at first then a call back with 800.00 off. This is unacceptable since I checked the very next day and the car was still listed at the 19,995 price and if there indeed was a mistake then why was the price not fixed. I will not do business with anyone that talks to a woman in this manner now or in the future. I got online and found very similar car at Jenkins Winn Toyota of Clarksville TN and had a great buying experience for same price as the original other car price not a 4000.00 increase.
