"Friendly people"
Only issue I ever had was that you couldn't get the car I wanted in 2015 when I started my lease. Had to go to Carlsbad to get the car and they got one in three weeks.

Trevor in service was delightful to work with.
I was upset when I arrived, Trevor calmed me down.
While I didn’t lease my vehicle from you, you will have all service I will required. Abel & Ian came out & remembered my name from an earlier time. Both are assets to your company.

I have not always been happy with this service department, however, this time I had excellent service. They completed what I went for quickly and found a warranty item that could be done in the short time frame I had available that day.

Anthony in the service dept was great. He helped me understand my options and did not try to over-sell any costly services. He also let me know about a recall notice that I wasn't aware of and took care of that too. They even washed my truck! Thanks for the honest, friendly service.
