Easy Service
They picked up my vehicle in Providence and brought it back the same day with service successful done. Couldn't be easier. Technician was honest what needed to be done now and what could wait. Would be nice if they included an exterior vehicle wash like other dealers do nowadays, but most other vehicles also don't drop-off and pickup either so it's not a big deal. Very convenient service.

I left my car for service and 2 recall issues while I went on vacation. The service department was great, took care of everything and charged the service leaving my car ready for pickup on a Sunday when I returned. I took a ride share service to pick it up! So very easy!

The staff has always been very helpful and polite. Mr. Paul Whyte (Service Manager) was very helpful in explaining what had to be done to the rear brakes. He was also able to get my car back to me in a timely manner, even when I walked in on a Friday afternoon with a problem and no appointment.

Turbo Replaced
I went to Hyundai of Newport because my check engine light was on and my Santa Fe Sport was sluggish. As it turns out, my turbo was defective and needed to be replaced in its entirety. The repair was supposed to cost $2300, and although I was outside of the warranty period (5 years/60k miles as a second owner) they were able to put the turbo through warranty and cover the part and the labor. It only ended up costing me $388, a $250 copay and the cost of one hose.
