Deceptive, Unresponsive, not BBB-accredited
Please learn from my mistake and do your research before taking this service department's word for Hyundai required service schedule. If I had looked at their Yelp reviews, at whether they are BBB accredited (which requires you agree to their standards of trust be vetted), I would have chosen any of the other Hyundai service centers in the region.

I took a Hyundai Ioniq used in normal driving conditions, zero problems with the car in for the required maintenance at 30k. I explained when scheduling online and in person that I only wanted the required service for 30,000 miles so I would not jeopardize my warranty. The service representative indicated multiple services as required at 30,000, much more than I expected. He said if you go to any Hyundai dealership they will also tell you this is required at 30,000. I discovered part way through the appointment that almost all of it was NOT part of the Hyundai maintenance schedule. I accept blame for not knowing the service schedule in advanced. But midway through the apopintment when i showed him the schedule from the Hyundai USA page, he asked where that was from and claimed to not understand how the services were not on that list. He framed it as a misunderstanding, and knocked $100-$200 off the price. The head of service was being berated by another customer until they closed, so I had to follow up by email. I sent multiple emails but could not get a response from the head of the service department (nor the owner). For the 30,000 mile service appointment, they drained & replaced brake, transmission, and cooling system fluids. Cabin filter replacement and wheel alignment were actually indicated at 30k. I had recently had an oil change, so that was not included. The charge was STILL over $1,400, more than even they initially indicated. The service agent dropped the price to $1200. I looked up Kelley Blue Book prices for each service item and for every one, the price exceeds even the highest number in their range for Seattle/Shoreline area. The appointment was no more than 2 hours, and the labor cost alone was $850. While I should have done my research in advance, it is inexcusable to defraud customers, misrepresent services as required, and then not respond to a simple request to provide explanation of why the services were performed and the cost. If you need to go here, please go in highly educated about what is required and expecting misleading/deceptive practices, coupled with non-response. Good luck.
