Customer Service thing of the past
It wasn't the mistakes or that it took a total of 4 hours for an oil change gone bad, or being charged for a battery that didn't solve anything. It was being treated like this was my problem, my time didn't matter, that it was no big deal, and the apathy was offensive. I am a small fish in the big pond, but I am a customer.
