I don't have a problem with their work but I do have a problem with being gouged. I paid them $1200 for a water pump replacement for an Audi A4 when others would have done it for $700-$800. While they had the car they rightfully pointed out it need a new right wheel bearing and quoted me $1200. I took it to Schwab and they replaced both front wheel bearings and aligned the front end for $1050 - and much better customer service.
