Worst experience
22 Hr valve guide job turned into 2 1/2 month ordeal! It was excuse after excuse. Pulled the engine 5 times and tacked on 363 miles on the car for some reason or other. 235 of the miles were from Friday 11/4 to Tuesday 11/8. grease and oil smudges all over the car....they said they would have the car detailed, which never happened. Its obvious they don't respect the customers or their cars!
