They try to keep you informed if the work in progress.
Very good service, rides if needed. Quote before work and will repair only priorities. Their own towing. Good people and will make it right if there is a problem. Good people, 25 years customer.

Honest, knowledgeable and service oriented.
The men at J&C Auto are very accommodating and knowledgeable. I trust their work and feel confident that they are honest with the work that needs to be done and not done.

Great Service!
Staff listened to my concerns and asked clarifying questions to make sure they understood what I wanted. I did not feel like staff tried to take advantage me because I'm a woman.

80k service
I'm not sure the 80k service was done, although it's mostly just checks. The downer is that the Check Engine light is now on.
