"Jackson's Garage -"A TOTAL RIP OFF""
It is with regret that I write this but everyone needs to know. I've know Josh & family for many years. Expect inflated bills when quoting, If you having your inspected, they will find something or remove a part to create a fault. They removed a Spicer Bus Plug on a Chevrolet SSR (7800mi) during a routine inspection. I ended up taking the SSR to Reed-Lauier Chevrolet for repair. The spicer plug was not in the vehicle and had to be ordered. I lost my vehicle for 3 days and was handed a bill for $556.00. They assured me the plug had to have been removed and would not fall out due to the locking snaps. I called Josh, explained everything. I'm still waiting for him to call me back. Due to his overhead he has to generate a lot of business. I'm 71 years old, have no reason to lie. If you do business with Jackson's, be careful, he will rip your ass off. You have been warned.

I think very highly of Josh and his crew...I turned down a deal at Toyota and paid more at Jackson's because I like their people and have always been treated fairly and with respect and I trust what they tell me.

"what makes Jackson's great for me is their location, (less than 3 1/2 mi. from my house) warm hospitality, & they check you in as quickly as possible! "
I was expecting a pretty lengthy wait because of my arrival time, & on the account that upon walking through their doors, the waiting area was already full. The receptionist had stepped away from the front desk momentarily, so it was obvious I might have to reschedule. No sooner than the thought crossed my mind, a head mechanic emerged from the back, processing me right away. In less than an hour, I was back on the road to continue my day. It's service like that to remind me why Jackson's will always get my business first!
