Didn't rotate tires didn't clear dashboard lights but charged higher price

Normally highly professional. However, this was definitely a bad day: there was a chain smoker in the garage, (which is open to customers), the mechanic forgot to rotate my tires (all the work was on a pre-written work order slip), and there was alcohol on the mechanic's breath. I'm thinking they can do better next time.......

Dyvi said the business did not repair his vehicle properly. They were too expensive and he had to take his vehicle elsewhere.

Chris said the experience was good but the problem on her vehicle has not been resolved. She is planning on taking her vehicle back in but has not had any time.

Spoke with Robin. She said the guys are awesome.

I was told the truck was done Friday, but when I tried to pick it up Saturday- it was no where near complete. So I. Had to arrange another trip back Monday. To get it. This was not the 1st time there was mis-commuunication on if my vehicle is "done" or not, and cost me a few wasted trips. Quality of work is good though.

I've been going to JAX Service center for a few years, as they know my diesel engine and have been able to keep it running in tip top shape. My 2005 Chevy dually has 460,000 miles on it - mostly thanks to the guys at Jax ! The most recent visit was a tough one : Finding a loose wire and recharging the A/C.... But they found the wire and got me back on the road quickly.
