I currently have three autos, all with over 100K miles. With the recommended care from JB I will probably be able to keep these autos in very goo operational condition for the next several years. I have had some standard maintance and repair work, breaks, tune ups, tires batteries eat. These are items that will happen naturally. Having a great mechanic keeping my autos in good mechanical shape is essential for me and my family. Thank You J.B.

That is a good point, but since you brought it in for an electrical problem and a desire to keep the cost to a minimum there are many, many things about the car that we didn't check. It's very helpful to us when a new customer gives us a list of things they would like to have checked. Thank you for your business and we appreciate the opportunity to serve you.

Taylor said they were nice and they really fixed her vehicle well. He started working on her vehicle before she gave him the go ahead. He called and gave her 2 options and she asked him to check the prices and call her back. When he called her back he said the vehicle was done. He did the more expensive option because he said the second option came later and he had already worked on the vehicle with the more expensive option. He was very sweet and nice.

Hi, Taylor, and thank you for your business and for taking the time to review your experience.  I aplogize if I wasn't clear in offering you the options for repairing your car, but here is perhaps a clearer or better explanation of that situation.  When we first talked about disconnecting the wiring to your broken door or repairing the door itself there was an deadline for ordering the door part from the dealer in order to have it by Friday.  After not having an authorization from you for ordering your part and that deadline passed we were left with the sole option of disconnecting the wiring since you were clear that you had your own deadline of leaving on a trip early Saturday morning. Again, I am sorry if I didn't clearly explain this at the time.
