Very easy buying experience
Let me preface this review by saying that I am probably one of the easiest sales a sales person will ever have. I did all my research, knew what vehicle I wante and didn't need to test drive the vehicle. I had preliminay conversations with Kelly about vehicle availability and arranged an appt to pick up the vehicle and complete the KBB trade value. Knowing that I had to drive over 2 hours to get to the dealer, Keith called me to complete the credit app over the phone. Once I got to Jenkins, Keith actually walked to my truck to meet me and I began to sign the paperwork. Keith introduced me to Rick to handle the financing paperwork. Rick explained everything and it wasn't a just sign here, sign here experience. Both Keith and Rick explained the process to transfer my vehicle from WV to PA. If I was local, I would definitely buy here again.
