Top shelf shop
Another great service. My first service was just for a window motor; when it was done I got a whole summary of what my car needed and how detrimental each thing was. Took it back in (this review ) for all listed things and more things came up that needed to be done; Jerry and Walts called me to ask if I wanted it done with everything else and got me a price in seconds on it. Then when they couldn't machine the parts I needed they got them ordered and delivered same day. Even with all the additional work I still got my car the day I was originally estimated. The most above and beyond work from any shop I've ever used. I definitely won't go anywhere else now.

Helpful and Friendly
They got my car in as soon as possible and provided detailed info about what was wrong. They also called the warranty company to confirm coverage so i didn’t have to. Communication was great and service was extremely friendly.

Installed new battery.
My vehicle wouldn’t start. Got it towed to Jerry and Walt’s Friday evening. Saturday morning the owner called me and advised me to bring keys to have them move it inside for safety. Monday the called me to let me know the diagnosis. Tuesday they replaced battery. Picked it up Wednesday morning.

Way over priced for job done
Would not give a ball park estimate for rear break job prior to job already had inspection done. When asked about cost at time of pick up was asked “why did you come here?” Would only use for alignments.

Check engine light
I did not understand the wrench icon was for service, not check engine. The wrench icon was for an oil change, had I looked at the book, I would not have needed an appointment. There was no charge, thank you for your time caused by my mistake. I will see you next time.

Audi S6: new tires and wheels prompted an alignment. Found broken wheel baring. They were able to get parts and complete the repair the same day. Almost unheard of anymore. Thanks for the quality work and friendly customer service. You made me feel important as your customer.
