Absolutely Appalling Service After 15+ Years of Loyalty
My experience with Jerrys Toyota service department has been nothing short of disastrous and disrespectful. After being a fiercely loyal customer for over 15 years—never missing a 5,000-mile service interval—I was met with hostility and false information.
The Service Rep, Kris, was profoundly unprofessional, telling me "I hope so" when I mentioned taking my business elsewhere. Service Manager Yolanda defended his rude behavior and demonstrated a complete lack of honesty or managerial qualification.
The team arbitrarily disqualified me from my long-standing "Tire for Life" program and then refused to service my vehicle altogether, despite my perfect service history. They could not provide any documentation or contractual basis for their actions.
This dealership clearly does not value long-term customers and seems to employ personnel who are both unprofessional, dishonest, and possibly discriminatory. Avoid Kris and Yolanda at all costs. I strongly advise taking your business elsewhere.
