I bought my Santacruz brand new from this place got the maintenance for life added on.
It is really just an oil change and tire rotation. I tried to bring this truck in for the 10,000 mile service and they turned me away saying it is not due. At 17000 miles I was able to get the service done. It was literally just an oil change and tire rotation. They definitely checked all the boxes on their sheet and tried to upsell me with a bunch of other services.
I told the person who checked me in that I wanted the shocks/ rear suspension checked because I noticed it makes lots of squeaky noises while I am driving through town. I have no indication that they even checked that out. I had them do the fuel injection service and they took it for a test drive. They did not say a word about the noise - I never even spoke to the tech who did the service. Anymore it seems that dealer service has lost the quality that it once had and the mechanics are now just trying to get things through the assembly line as fast as possible.
