Miriam said hello as I was waiting for an oil change in the lobby and looking at the new 2027 Telluride. I was explaining to her that my husband was not interested in it since it didn’t come with a V6 engine. She started to explain about the turbo and the different new options and before I knew it we were out on a lot comparing colors and the different packages. When I was telling my husband what she said about the hybrid, getting 33 miles to the gallon he instantly was interested but also did not believe me. So we drove by the dealership and just wanted to look at the sticker and sure enough that’s what it said and Miriam continued to work with us all afternoon finding the perfect car every option that we wanted and she was able to negotiate a trade-in that my husband was happy with when he had no intention of buying a car that day! We had a wonderful experience and we love our new Telluride!
