Johns Auto lacks professionalism and communications .....Will never return!!!
John's Auto couldn't be bothered to be a credible or professional shop and lack the communcations skills to effectively work with customers. They do not listen to their customers and take advantage of people in need of effective car care, something they lack. I went in for a tuneup and expected to pay $600-800, which I thought was completely reasonable. After hours of work and $1,300 later, the vehicle would no longer start. The mechanic said the engine needed a new head gasket due to the flush. Now, on top of the other repairs they want me to pay $2,900 for a new head gasket, even though they suggested a rebuilt engine would be a better option. They stated that my vehicle had a good engine with low miles, but now want to replace it with another.
