"Making an appointment is inconvenient. It's easier to go somewhere else. "
Below I have checked "Yes", but my recommendation would come with a warning that it's hard to make an appointment when needed.

"Service and Staff are excellent."
I've been coming to Johnson Hyundai for years. I've worked with Randy Bernard for years and was always upfront and honest with me for the work that needed to be done. And from the other service agents when it's not been Randy have always treated me well.

"Typically very good service"
The service tech, Frank was excellent. He is knowledgeable and kept me informed. What could have been an expensive repair(evaporated core) was replaced under warranty. However, there is an oder coming from the heater. I called Frank and he told me to bring the car back for a check.
