"New transmission"
Mark Babbitt was very courteous and helpful during this long process. He kept me informed with weekly calls and updates. I didn't have my car for almost 3 weeks, but when I did get it back, it drove much, much better. Frank did my paperwork and was very friendly, professional and funny. Mark needs a raise or bonus; he's always working extra hours.

I decided to come to Johnson because the price was the price I could find...after the excellent and speedy service I will recommend all my friends and family to come see Fletcher (Jr) for all their services!!! He was friendly and made everything easy to understand!

"Prompt service complete with coffee, snacks, and a smile"
Even though I now live more than 2 hours away, I choose to continue having my Elantra serviced where I bought the car. So, I factor in any maintenance/service when I come to Cary. I wouldn't do this if I were not completely happy with the service I have always received at Johnson Hyundai.

"Good experience"
This is the first time Hyundai that we have owned. We bought it used for my daughter. We had to take the car to a Hyundai dealer for a recall notice and went to Southern States in Raleigh. We had a terrible experience every single step of the way with the Raleigh dealer and wanted to try somewhere else for the next service. I would definitely recommend to all my friends with a Hyundai that they make the drive to Cary as it is more friendly, organized, professional and better overall .

The advisor helped me out by getting the job done in half the time as he had extra crew available that day. He also took the time to review past visits to another location to make sure I was up to date on all service.
