The 2019 Hyuandi Accent is my second Hyuandi car (2017 Hyuandi Elantra), and we are so grateful for all you have done for my daughter and me! Ease of Use
The Johnson Hyundai location is setup for ease of use. I can go in login to my work through their WiFi, get coffee, and let them work on me vehicle. I do not feel like I am wasting time because I am still connected to what I need to get done while the needed service/repairs are done.

Nothing but problems with these cars.
Engine locked up at 103k, transmission problems, exploding sunroof, and tons of recalls for all the cheaply made parts. Constant battle of fixing broken things. Service team lied to my face on several occasions so you cant really trust the staff either even when it's a Hyundai issue.

jeremy was very helpful.
much better service at johnson hyundai in cary. also have a 2010 vera cruz. it was taken to hyundai in greenville sc dec. 2018 for no start. did recall on alt and valve cover gasket that was done at johnson in cary at approm 43000 miles. had to pay 120.00 to diagnose. next day chris king from hyundai greenville sc said needed starter. i have worked for western auto and advance 22 years and 3 car dealerships in service and parts. not happy with greenville. had vera cruz towed to aaa service. i have called chris king and service dept 3 times for copy of receipt with no results. have done service survey and contacted better business in greenviile sc. may not buy another hyundai because of hyundai in greenville sc.
