First time having a car modified.
Had coil overs installed, asked for the car to be lowered and leveled. They told me they drove it around the block so the coils would settle…. They weren’t settled, when they did settle both front fenders dented.
Brought the car back due to a loose nut on one of the front coilovers, they fixed it, but managed to lose a lug nut.
Went for an alignment at Firestone and was informed a camber plate was incorrectly installed.
Brought it back and they fixed it.
Brought back to have rear camber arms installed (benefit of the doubt) and they charged $100 more than stage 6 and jax spec quoted me.
Icing on the cake, the owner said “we charge more because we are meticulous.”
(date of service is approx. but over a year ago)
