"Always a good experience."
Went in for a simple oil and filter change. Easy to make an appointment. Had a 10:00 am appointment and I was up on the lift by 10:10 am. Out in no time. These are true car guys who also care about their customers. I usually bring something along to read, but never get to it because we get involved in friendly conversation. An absolute pleasure to get my cars serviced there.

"Great service again!"
Simple visit for state inspection, oil change, and check a leak. On time, thorough, knowledgeable. Dave knows Volvos and Jay manages the flow of customers seamlessly. Why would I go anywhere else?

"There to Help"
I took my car in for an exhaust leak and malfunctioning a/c. They fixed the exhaust leak (it was a cheap gasket) and found a radiator leak and diagnosed the a/c problem for me. As you might expect, these were expensive repairs, but being retired, I have nothing but time, so they suggested I do the repairs myself to save money. I did so, but in the process ran into problems - I took the a/c compressor down to them and they removed the 2 manifold bolts I couldn't budge for FREE. And since the initial a/c diagnostic involved an a/c service, they are charging and leak testing the system for me, at no additional charge. Great people - Jay and Dave at the service counter.
