Over and above expectations.
I have used Jumbo for decades and they never cease to amaze me with their commitment to customer service. Recently I had a problem with the transmission in my F150 that had been overhauled two years earlier. My truck is not my main vehicle and I had only put 1500 miles on it in two years. Even though the warranty period had just ended, the owner Haim Levy, personally got involved and got approval to have it repaired at no cost to me. As large as Jumbo has grown over the years, Haim is fully involved in every aspect of the business. And his leadership and commitment to customer service, quality work at a fair price and an excellent staff, will continue to make Jumbo the best automotive repair shop in the area. I highly recommend them.
