"Great Personal Service"
I had reaffirming issues with my Ford F-150 truck and it was getting close to the holidays. I took it into Kanes Automotive and they were able to diagnose and correct my problem on the same day which saved me a lot of time and headache. Kane’s staff is friendly and explain my repair clearly and in terms I could understand. Very professional.

There were certainly continuous challenges with my service issue, but Kane's did a great job and kept me informed with what was going on. What should have been a somewhat simple service became a REAL challenge because of the design of the air conditioner system in my Enclave.

Ali said the person at the front desk was more interested in purchasing his vehicle than fixing it. The cost to fix it would have been $2000, but he wanted to buy it for $500. Ali was very disappointed because the person was not honest. They charged him $100 for the diagnostic, when other facilities would have done the same diagnostic for $60. He would not recommend this business for service.
