Perfect Experience Very Time at Kane's Automotive
My Dad had a shop, and when he retired, he recommended I go to Kane's. Kane's has provided excellent service to our family for the last 10 years. I won't go anywhere else for automotive service and repair. Kane's gets my highest personal recommendation.

In all fairness , due to burnt wiring damaged from a short that had to be repaired 1st to further diagnose and evaluate the system .we performed a pin test and replace wiper motor that would not operate when direct current was applied. We Explained and gave the customer the burnt out switch and visually pointed out the area of damage on switch to the customer . This was to let customer see 1st hand what we were dealing with. We Backed off the labor on the ticket to help Reduce additional expenses needing to be done at the dealer and also explained the computer was having a issue due to voltage spikes the computer was subjected to , from the short.I’m not sure how much more clearer we could have been in attempt to satisfy the customer and apologize for any miscommunication that may have occurred.
