Yang said she was disappointed with the service at this business. She said when she went in to get an estimate Tom told her it would be a week to complete the repairs. After the week she called to see if her vehicle was ready and she was told it was going to be two more days. She said her husband went to pick up the vehicle and was told the modeling was not done and it was going to take another three weeks due to ordering of the molding and that the gentleman that did that work was not available. She said called and questioned Tom on why they took the job if they did not have enough people to do the job, but he was rude with her and had an attitude. They had her vehicle for a total of a month.
