Ty said he gave a rating of 2 for his overall satisfaction because the business did not call him as he requested on the day he dropped off the vehicle. He had to tell the business 3 times that he wanted to be kept in the loop and to please call when asked but they did not do it. After the third time the business finally listened and did call him in a timely manner and the rest went smoothly. He expects adults to communicate in a more timely manner and he would not treat his own customers in this fashion. There was no paint work done. The work done was to replace a window motor. He said the personnel did not act in a professional manner because of the communication issues.

Kellys Auto Body was communicating with the family member who was paying for repairs under the impression they were communicating with Ty as this was a gift they were paying for to fix the window issue on his vehicle. When the vehicle dropped off the customer ask to be called when repairs were completed the vehicle needed parts for the repair to be completed he was communicated with the same day he dropped as was told parts needed to finish the repair.
