"Can't wait on your 'new' shop with the 10Ton lifts!"
It sure will be 'great' when you build your 'new' shop with the 10Ton lifts so I can have 'ALL' service to my 2015 Sprinter at 'your' shop!!!!!!

I have had my 2006 Mercedes serviced at Ken Baker for many years. During recent service visit, Tom went over & above by coming to my rescue when I had problem with loner vehicle...He also helped me prioritize services, so some work can be done at future time...

"Fast, professional service"
My experience was amazing. My Volvo was fixed in a timely fashion. When the repair time took a bit longer, the manager communicated that with me immediately. Also, I was given a loaner vehicle while mine was being repaired. I will not hesitate to bring my vehicle back next time.

"Great store manager!"
i have to say this was the best expierence i have had with a mechanic.He's the store manager,Tommy,he went out of his way to make sure everything was taken care of in a correct and timely matter.They specialize in foreign cars,but work on any car.I have a Rolls Royce that i had a issue with the break line after bringing it do a place that was totally useless,and he was able to find the problem and repair it. If you have a problem with you car DEFINETLY GO SEE HIM!!!!!

Keith said the service was very friendly. He got exactly what he expected in a timely manner, so he had no complaints. The staff was going to offer him a military discount, but they forgot to add it to the final bill. When he pointed this they didn't charge him for the service.

Hartley said the staff quoted him one price for fixing his engine. It was written out on an invoice that he agreed to. When he went to pick up the vehicle $850 dollars had been added to the bill which he had not been notified about. He was told he should take his vehicle back to this business to fix the additional issues there were and that the warranty for the service was not 6 months like he had been told before. Instead it was 30 days.
