VERY DISAPPOINTED
the reason i was disappointed was because the first time i took the car it was diagnosed incorrectly, they ordered aftermarket parts, even tho i specifically told the front desk to make sure they were ODM certified parts.. the parts did not fit. secondly after ken told me the actual parts that needed to be ordered because the first diagnosis was incorrect, i put on hold the repair and i checked myself with mercedes benz of lincoln. only to find out that ken was about to order the wrong PART NUMBER, for a second time. another thing was that on the papers it said the parts were going to cost me close to 200 dollars, but when i ordered the same parts myself, i only spent 60.. for both parts.. i was going to be overcharged. also the manual labor was going to be close to 400 dollars... when i got another mechanic to change those parts for 200 dollars because it only took him 2 hours to finish the job,, VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED, I WILL NEVER TAKE ANY OF MY CARS THERE AND I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYONE ELSE, I WILL EVEN DISCOURAGE PEOPLE FROM GOING.

I'm sorry that you misunderstood what happened.

    First off, you stated that no one else in town could figure out what was wrong, and in fact, we got the noise to subside temporarily, and if the noise came back, we would need to replace bushings.
    Secondly, we did explain, in detail, what parts needed to be replaced, and the type of part.  However, the information we were give was incorrect, therefore, we did pass along incorrect information, for that, we apologize, but we can only work with what we are given.
    Thirdly, we charge what we have to, so that we can take care of the customers that WANT to do business with us, and understand that mistakes are made.  We provide services that are well above average, but we are not infallible.  I wish we could all be perfect.

Amazing costumer service
I wouldn't even consider going to annother car repair shop! Ken the car Dr has amazing personal touches to everything they do and go above and beyond for their costomers! I completely trust their judgement calls!
