Despite expressing my budget clearly, the salesperson relentlessly tried to upsell me on a higher-priced truck, disregarding my preferences and financial limitations.
When it came to negotiating the price, I expected a fair and transparent process. However, I soon discovered that Kendall Hyundai operates on deceptive tactics and hidden fees. They conveniently omitted crucial information about additional charges, such as documentation fees, extended warranty costs, and unnecessary add-ons. As a result, the final price I paid for the truck was significantly higher than the initial advertised price.
Moreover, the dealership's financing department was equally disappointing. They pressured me into accepting a higher interest rate, claiming it was the best they could offer, despite my good credit history.
