Always a Cluster F*%#!
I can't tell you the extent of my disappointment. After yesterday's devocle, I got online at the website and chatted with a live person told me that a manager would get back to me via email. So far I've heard nothing. Below is the transcript of that chart. I think it's self-explanatory.

(Me) I am very disappointed in your service department. I have never had a good experience in the more than two years I have had this Hyundai.
Today I brought her in for a scheduled 11:30 am Appointment. It was all backed up and I was led it would take three hours. No loaners are available so I am without my car for three hours.. I moved appointments and meetings and dealt with that.

So, 3 pm passes and I hear nothing. So I texted the number that was provided to me by the service agent. No response. I got a friend to drive me over and it turns out the car had not yet been worked on.
He wanted me to leave it over night and screw up tomorrows schedule as well.
I said no and took the car home. Also I spent 10 bucks on an LYFT RIDE THIS MORNING.

At the end of the day, my car was not serviced and the lost revenue and the Lyft cost me about $100. I would like to be reimbursed.
