Cynthia said when she went to this business she asked the personnel to fix just the bumper, but there was a part above the bumper that she did not like and the business did not fix it. She said she understands. She said Shawn and the woman at the front desk were wonderful and very responsive. They were courteous and accommodating. They drove her home, which she appreciated because another business she went to did not offer her a ride home.
