Daniel said this business called him and told him that the vehicle was ready at about noon, but when he got there it was not ready. He went back at about 4:00 and picked the vehicle up. The next day he got a phone call to let him know that he could come get the vehicle any time, but the vehicle was already in his driveway. The vehicle was ready 4 hours later than promised because the person at the front desk was new and did not understand how they stage the vehicles.
