Louise said this experience was good, but her last experience was not, but she chose not to elaborate. She said they did not perform any paint work. The facility was spacious and clean. She said she was not completely satisfied with the insurance company because they would not cover the entire cost of the rental. She said she still owes an $800 bill to Enterprise and she would have liked her insurance company to pay that or reimburse her. This business really stepped up from her last visit and the personnel were more professional and they took the time to explain the repairs to her. She chose not to elaborate. She said they put her at ease.
