Stephen said he would rate his overall experience a 5, but he was not happy with Enterprise Rental and he did not like the way they did business. He said he told them that he wanted the cheapest vehicle, and they tried to recommend a really expensive one. He is familiar with the prices at Enterprise, and normally the cost should be $25 a day, but they tried to suggest a vehicle that would cost $52 a day. He understands that they are a business, but they should be more considerate that he could only afford a certain price. His vehicle was returned in a clean condition. He found a piece of wood left in his vehicle, but it was not an issue for him.
