Diana said this business ripped her off. She paid $600 for a $250 brake job, which was not done correctly the first time. The owner of this business did want to warranty his work. She had to go back five times everyday until he told her that he would not touch her vehicle again. The other issue was that a staff member told her he would install rotors free of charge if she purchased them. The owner told her that was not so and would take the cost out the employee's pay. She will be filing court papers to get her money back from them. She had to take her vehicle to another facility because her brakes were squealing so badly, where she paid $150 for the job. She would not recommend them to others for the reasons mentioned.

"Knowledgable, friendly staff, reasonable prices with customer satisfaction in mind"
KMS was great, they have a nice friendly staff.
I went to KMS with out an appointment to have a front end alignment done on my vehicle. They were able to work me in and gave my vehicle a thorough look over, they then called me before they did any work on the car. Bottom line..KMS has a knowledgeable staff with reasonable prices, with customer satisfaction in mind.

Spoke with Bernice. She said she had to keep going back. They couldn't get the part. She would go in because they would tell her they had the part. When she got there, they would tell her they couldn't get the part. She will have to go back. She said she was very aggravated. She had also paid the bill up front. She paid what they told her it would cost. When she finally got the part put on, they wanted another $18. She had already paid over $200. They wanted more because of where they had to get the part, which is not her problem. She said she isn't upset anymore, but she probably won't go back.
