wonderful experience in getting my ignition switch replaced on my 2011 ford escape .
i called kelly on tuesday april , 15th , 2025 , and explained to him that my ignition switch in my 2011 ford escape xlt was going bad , but it would still start. but you had to hold in onto the key , in order to turn it over to start , then it would start up , " kelly told me to bring it up to their automotive shop , and they would fix it the same day , later in the afternoon , he called me and said that your ford escape is ready to be picked up , we went and got it , and paid the bill , and i was very pleased with everything , " kelly , and his employees do an excellent job , and i would highly recommend them to everyone for any car or truck issues , that they are having , " i will definitely be back again when i need any service on our vehicles .
