you brought your vehicle in for an alignment because your steering wheel were not centered. We could not perform the alignment (never charge you for it) and told you that your tie rod end were loose, we had also told you that you will need other suspension components down the stretch. It's not an up sale and it is your choice to get it done at your convenience at the shop of your choice.
Jacob, we had told you it was your outer tie rod end. Please recheck the part before leaving a low score review.
Oh no no no sir. You said on the phone to me and my wife that 1. I needed to replace the suspension rods on my car (that don't exist). 2, my tie rods on both sides were loose and they needed to be tightened. 3, my sway bar on the passenger side needed to be replaced. Then started my whole steering component needed to be replaced (which is a lie). So try again when you wanna respond to my review.
Ps. You know what's amazing, I tightened the books you also said were stripped, no the hell they weren't you need a stronger prescription on your glasses, and the steering is back to normal as it should be.
