We are truly sorry things were not done for you in a timely fashion this is something that I strive for, that is making sure my guys here focus on visit times and it is one of our main prioritys.
I did review that write up time which was 13:45pm and the bill out time was 14:44 pm which is just over an hour but i would like to speak with you because maybe something happened on my end and we held you up after the fact. I will give you a call shortly to discuess and rectify this issue.

I am truly sorry that your most recent visit (in your words) was Horrible as far as pricing goes. As we discuessed over the phone the dealership has a set price for brake services as most repair shops do,your appointment was later in the day (4:15pm) which the shop is shut down technically at 5:30pm
in order to fulfill these repairs in a timely fashion the dealership had two technicains working on your car. Again this does not change the cost of your service this will only shorten the repair time. We understand that it is hard to find time to get repairs done to your car now a days with hectic schedules, work,school etc.. Please feel free to contact me if you would like to discuess this more and or go over the options I offered last week.
It is Gavin the Service Manager for the dealership, I understand that there was an accident involving our service loaner and unfortunataly the car was not drivable after the after the fact due to Mechanical breakdown, Both you and I know the reason we could not give you another new Service loaner due to the fact that the inside of our new car was mistreated(smoking etc...) which is one of our biggest rules when using our cars. We did offer you enterprise rent a car to you at no charge but the security hold that is mandated by enterprise could not be fullfilled by you.
When the service loaner had to taken off the road due to Mechanical issues we had your car repairs done within 48 hours. it is unfortunate that you had to loss time from work and I understand that is a very hard situation to be in, I would like to discuss this issue futher on the phone to work things out with you.
