satisfied/frustrated and disappointed
Really am satisfied with the parts and the service department. Very frustrated and angry with the sales department! I purchased my second Santa Fe in April 2017 with 3 things on my list: 1) remote start 2) block heater 3)mud flaps.The block heater was included -my salesperson bought mud flaps as a thank you.I was told the remote start was included with the BlueLink subscription. NOT TRUE!! the only things I can do with my 'remote' from BlueLink is lock/unlock door and turn lights on/off. Very frustrated that it took me several visits and talking to several people to find out that I did not have remote start! So now had to spend $599 for auto start! Not happy with dealership!
