We went to Lone Star Repair not too long ago, to have an electrical issue for a spare tank looked at that had not been fixed at two other shops; I was starting to think that the money spent on that new tank was going to be wasted, since I couldn't use it. But the problem was fixed in a day, and there hasn't been an issue with it since. I went to them again with brake issues, and when that was taken care of quickly, and at a reasonable price, I started using them with both my truck, and my wife's car. I often do some smaller stuff myself, and used to do brake pads and such, but I'm just not as comfortable doing that anymore, besides not being as willing to get down and dirty as I used to be... lol
Jason is a nice guy, and he and his crew clearly know their stuff, and don't drag their feet getting work done; there are enough people there to keep the line moving, which is nice. I have yet to work take more than a single day, unless a part needs to be ordered, and they have to wait for delivery. Two days is the longest I have had to wait because of that, although it might help that I haven't gone in with any 'serious issues'; brake jobs on two vehicles, an extra gas tank set up, and replacing an alternator. I'm happy with the work done, and will continue to have them work on our vehicles.
